Finding the Tools

Finding the Tools is an innovative training platform for developing communication skills through immersive VR and web-based simulations. Developed in response to urgent mental health and educational needs, it offers a scalable alternative to traditional role-play or static e-learning. Initiated in Israel following crisis events, focused on resilience and interpersonal skills — relevant for healthcare education, workforce wellbeing, and community preparedness internationally. Developed in collaboration with the Advanced Reality Lab at Reichman University, Geha Hospital, Shalvata Hospital, and Union Group.
